Unit C – Python and SQLite

For this lab, you need to create a Python script that creates and populates a faculty database in SQLite3 similar to that demonstrated in class. Then, prompt the user for a last name. Craft an SQL statement that grabs all the contact information for a professor matching that last name and display that information.

You do not need to worry about enforcing foreign keys in your SQLite3 database. Also, note that the SQLite3 database only supports LEFT OUTER JOINs and INNER JOINs currently. (So, instead of doing a RIGHT OUTER JOIN, just swap the order of the tables.)

Submit your script on Gist and using the Submission form as normal.
